With over 100 skylines and 15 different product styles, we have the potential to create more than 1,500 unique items. To reduce waste, some products are Made to Order, meaning the fabric is not kept in stock at the Anne Cate studio and is specifically ordered and sewn for you. Our fabric is custom-printed weekly at a fabric printer in Virginia. Once the fabric is shipped and received at our studio, the Anne Cate team cuts and sews your product just for you! This process typically takes 10-14 days. You will be notified before you add your product to your cart if your item is made to order. You will also be notified at checkout.

Yes—and we are proud of it. Every purse and pillow is crafted by hand in our manufacturing studio in Cleveland, OH.
Quality and community are at the heart of our business. Each order is sewn, processed, and packaged with care, ensuring a personalized touch every step of the way.

Our fabric is printed with Solid Stone, a fabric printer in Virginia, USA. This printer provides wonderful fabric that is printed, then cut and sewn by the Anne Cate team.
Our canvas material is printed with a process called dye-sublimation. In this process, a heat press is used to transfer the image from printed paper onto fabric. This method uses water-based ink.
Our vegan leather material is printed with a UV printer. In this process, a UV light is used to cure the inks to the material.
Once printed by the bolt, the fabric is shipped from Virginia to Cleveland, where the Anne Cate team cuts, sews, and fulfills your products!

Each skyline has been designed by owner Anne Johnson and is copyrighted to Anne Cate, LLC. We have invested significant time in handcrafting each skyline to ensure it is as accurate and unique as possible.

We are happy to design custom skylines (if you can't find yours here) at no extra cost, whenever timing permits. Please contact us if you'd like to inquire about your skyline! Custom orders typically take about 2 weeks to complete.

Being our own manufacturer allows us to customize our products to your needs.
We can bring your vision to life on our products: a custom illustration, a new city skyline, or a design of your own.
There are no fees to customize our products at Anne Cate.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and cancelations.
Anne Cate Return Policy:
-Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
-Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
-Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order has NOT yet shipped, we can accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, and you will receive a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return policy:

We welcome no-cost exchanges! To start your exchange, simply email us at info@annecate.com. There are no fees or additional shipping costs for exchanges.

We currently offer free shipping once your cart has any subtotal over $99.00.
If you apply a discount, this may reduce your subtotal to the point where you are disqualified from free shipping. **Please note that free shipping does not apply to the following areas: Canada, Europe, Pacific Non-Contiguous United States **

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, but most orders ship out within 24 hours.
Some products are Made to Order, which means the fabric is not in stock at the Anne Cate studio and it will be ordered/sewn specifically for you. As soon as the fabric is received, the Anne Cate team will sew the product up at our studio in Cleveland, OH! This takes up to 10-14 days.
If one or more of your items in your order are made to order, the entire order will not ship until the custom products are sewn. Questions about your order? Contact us.

We work hard to process orders within 1-2 business days of order placement (with the exception of custom orders). You will be emailed when your order has shipped.

Our HQ is not a retail space; only manufacturing and office! We welcome customers to shop our products at one of our local retailers.

We are always excited to stock our product in other businesses around the country. Although the entire skyline collection (all 100+ skylines in every product style) is only available online, feel free to check out select products at these wonderful retailers.

Our canvas products - YES! For best results, wash the product with a phosphate free detergent in cool water on gentle or delicate. Some fading MAY occur. Front loading washers contribute to color loss due to the increased tumbling action. Fading can be minimized through gentle wash cycles or hand washing. Stain removers can be used to eliminate stains. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low.
