ORDER MINIMUMS
No order minimums. Show minimums may vary.
PLACING AN ORDER
For new or recurring orders, please email us. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have agreed to the terms and conditions.
PRICING
All items must be sold at or above the listed MSRP unless otherwise approved by the Anne Cate team. Sales are permitted upon request.
CHANGES/CANCELATIONS
Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to anne@annecate.com within 24 hours. If an order is subject to cancellation after the 24 hour window, 50% of the invoice will still be required to be paid. Orders that have been customized in any way are not subject for any cancellation.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.
PAYMENT
Payment for orders are required prior to shipping, by check or credit card, unless other terms are agreed upon. Customers will be subject to a 10% late fee per every month an invoice is late. There is a 7 day grace period after the due date before late fees begin to accrue. Net 30 terms begin upon the day the order is shipped from the Anne Cate studio.
LEAD TIME
Order quantity will determine the estimate lead time. Please contact Anne Cate to get a production time quote. Orders typically ship within 21 days.
SHIPPING
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate calculated per location. All orders will ship from the Anne Cate studio in Clevleand, OH. If products are damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged products in the original shipping carton and immediately notify Anne Cate. USPS will require a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. Anne Cate will immediately send a replacement of damaged products to accommodate the client.
LOCATION EXCLUSIVITY
Anne Cate can protect location exclusivity based on zip code or mileage. A location contract is required to be signed by both parties to ensure exclusivity. Exclusivity must be renewed every 6 months.
ONLINE SELLING
Anne Cate products are welcome to be sold on a retailers site, but are not eligible to be listed or sold on Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, or Facebook marketplace.
MERCHANTABILITY
Anne Cate retailers must not allege to consumers that they manufactured any Anne Cate product. If product is sold online, retailer must credit Anne Cate.
PRODUCTION NOTE
Note that all Anne Cate products are made in small batches by hand at our studio space.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Anne Cate within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
PACKAGING
Wholesale orders are packaged in as few boxes as possible. Purses and pillows are tagged with an Anne Cate tag that lists the skyline and product origin (Made in the USA). All purses and pillows come individually wrapped and sealed in clear cello sleeves, with the exception of the products listed below.
 
DOPP KITS: All dopp kits come packaged in a white box with a product label. Dopp kits are not bagged or tagged.
EMERGENCY KITS: The Mini Wallet Emergency Kit and Mini Bag Emergency Kit are packaged in a clear box with branded labels describing the contents of the kits. Emergency kits are not tagged or bagged.
MUTLI-USE MINI BAGS: Multi-use mini bags are tagged with an Anne Cate tag that lists the product origin (Made in the USA). Multi-use mini bags are not bagged.
WINE TOTES: Wine totes are tagged with an Anne Cate tag that lists the product origin (Made in the USA). Wine totes are not bagged.
